1. Use of data

We use personal data to operate training programs, respond to inquiries, secure platforms, and improve learning materials based on aggregated feedback. Marketing emails are sent only when you opt in or when a legitimate interest applies, such as informing enrolled learners about schedule changes. We do not sell personal data and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects without human review.

2. Scope

This Privacy Statement covers data collected through attach-bridgezone.one, related enrollment portals, and in-person event sign-in forms operated by Pipeline Harbor Academy. Partner universities or employers may introduce additional notices when they sponsor seats; those notices supplement but do not replace this statement unless they explicitly override for their personnel. Children’s programs are not marketed; if we learn we collected a minor’s data without guardian consent, we delete it promptly.

3. Data collected

Categories include identity and contact details, employment context you choose to share, billing references, technical logs, and classroom interaction metadata such as attendance timestamps. Optional surveys may collect career goals; you may skip any question that is not required for safety or regulatory reporting. Sensitive categories are collected only when strictly necessary and with additional safeguards described during collection.

4. Third parties

Processors assist with email delivery, video conferencing, customer support ticketing, and cloud hosting under written agreements. We require subprocessors to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures and to notify us of incidents affecting learner data. A current list of categories of processors is available to enterprise procurement teams under confidentiality.

5. Rights

Depending on your situation under Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing activities. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests when your interests override ours, subject to statutory exceptions. You may lodge complaints with the Personal Information Protection Commission or other competent authorities.

6. Retention

Enrollment records are kept for seven years to meet tax and consumer protection expectations unless a shorter period is mandated. Support tickets are purged twenty-four months after closure unless a dispute remains open. Analytics logs with identifiers are rotated within thirteen months unless security investigations require limited extensions.

7. Contact

Privacy requests may be sent to hello@attach-bridgezone.one with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We verify identity before releasing data and document responses within statutory timelines. If you prefer postal mail, use the business address published on the contact page and include a return email for faster coordination.

8. Security measures

We apply transport encryption, role-based access, and periodic access reviews for staff who support live labs. Incident response playbooks include notification steps when personal data is likely impacted. No online system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong passwords and hardware security keys where available.

9. International transfers

When data is processed outside Korea, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other mechanisms recognized under Korean law. Enterprise customers may request transfer impact summaries before signing statements of work. Learners may ask whether their cohort uses cross-border tools before labs begin.

10. Analytics and cookies

Analytics cookies, when enabled, generate pseudonymous statistics about page usage. You can revisit cookie choices through the banner or by contacting us to reset preferences. Essential cookies remain necessary for security and session continuity.

11. Policy changes

We update this Privacy Statement when processing activities or regulations change. Significant updates receive a new last-updated date and, when appropriate, direct notice to active learners. Archived versions are available to enterprise customers for the duration of their agreements.
